Magic-link not arriving, hotel didn't respond, proposal data wrong, common fixes.
Magic-link not arriving
Check spam/junk folder first — Easy RFP magic-links sometimes land there on first send. If not in spam: (1) confirm the email address you typed is correct (no typos); (2) wait 90 seconds; (3) try again. If still nothing, email [email protected] — we'll send manually.
Hotel didn't respond — what now?
Auto-chaser fires reminders at +24h and +48h automatically. After 72h with no response, the hotel is marked silent. You can: manually nudge via the hotel's sales contact (we surface their email when known), drop them from the comparison, or replace with a backup hotel.
Proposal data looks wrong
If a hotel attached a PDF proposal, our LLM parser extracts the data automatically. Parser disputes (when 2 LLMs disagree) are flagged in /app/lab/parser-disputes/. You can correct any field manually — your edits are stored as ground truth and improve future parsing for that hotel.
My RFP shows 0 hotels in the picker
Confirm your search filters aren't too narrow. Default Hotel DB shows only hotels with email (actionable for outreach). To see all hotels including those without email, toggle Show non-actionable in filters. If the city filter doesn't match (e.g. typed "Egaleo" but the metro area is "Athens"), Easy RFP auto-expands to nearby satellite cities.
Reports page shows weird math
Reports aggregate over completed RFPs (status: awarded or expired). New accounts with no completed RFPs show €0 saved — that's correct, not a bug. After 3+ completed RFPs, ROI starts populating with real BAFO savings figures.
App is slow
First load can take 2–4 seconds while the SPA bootstraps. Subsequent navigations are sub-second. If consistently slow, hard-refresh (Cmd+Shift+R / Ctrl+Shift+R) to clear stale JS cache. Persistent slowness: email us with your browser version and we'll investigate.
Stripe checkout fails
Most common cause: card declined (3DS challenge timed out). Try again — your bank may push an SMS/app verification. If repeated: try a different card, or switch to bank transfer (Pro/Team) by emailing [email protected].
Unsubscribed hotel keeps appearing
If a hotel unsubscribed but still shows up in your picker, it should be marked Opted out. If it isn't, our suppression list may have desynced — email us with the hotel name and we'll force-suppress within 1 hour.
Where is my draft RFP?
Drafts auto-save every 30 seconds and persist in My RFPs → Draft tab. If a draft disappeared after a browser crash, check the same tab on another device (drafts sync to your account). Drafts older than 30 days auto-archive (still recoverable).
