Reading the comparison view
Open any RFP and click Compare. Proposals are ranked by composite TOPSIS score (price + location + perks + reviews + response time + MICE capability + capacity + value, normalised). Click the score to see the breakdown.

Below the comparison view, click Adjust scoring. Slide the 8 weights (sums to 100%) to reflect what matters most for this specific event. Save preset for reuse.
Click Why? next to any proposal. The breakdown shows the 8 sub-scores, the sub-criterion driving the loss, and the gap to the leader. Common causes: high effective price (room + city tax + F&B minimum), low response rating, missing AV inclusion.
If your RFP had Competition mode on and you have 4+ qualified proposals, click Trigger BAFO. Finalists get a 48-hour window to revise. They see anonymised intelligence on what perks competitors offered (no prices, no hotel names).
Click Pick winner on any proposal. Easy RFP records the choice, sends winner-confirmation email to the hotel, and sends localised feedback emails to losing hotels. Loss reasons (price, score delta) are stored for future negotiation leverage.
Click Share → Export PDF for a branded comparison report (Pro+). CSV export available on all plans for spreadsheet analysis.
