Pricing tiers

Three tiers: Free (€0/mo, 1 RFP/mo, 5 hotels), Pro (€45/mo, 10 RFPs/mo, 15 hotels, full AI scoring), Team (€175/mo, unlimited RFPs, 25 hotels, 5 seats, BAFO, multilingual). See full comparison.

Monthly vs annual

Monthly is cancel-anytime — no commitment, no contract. Annual saves 29% (Pro €384/year, Team €1,488/year) but is a 12-month commitment by definition. We don't pretend annual is "cancel anytime" — it's a real commercial commitment in exchange for the discount. Full lock policy.

Upgrading your plan

Go to /app/account/billing. Click Upgrade on the tier you want. Stripe Checkout opens — payment is processed in minutes, your new tier is active immediately. Pro-rated for mid-cycle upgrades.

Downgrading or cancelling

Self-service via Manage subscription in /app/account/billing — opens Stripe Customer Portal. Monthly: cancel takes effect at end of current period. Annual: cancel stops auto-renewal at year-end (prepaid year runs to its end; per Terms §6 partial-year refunds only if you sent fewer than 3 RFPs).

Refund policy

If you signed up for annual and sent fewer than 3 RFPs, contact [email protected] within 14 days for a refund. Beyond 3 RFPs we consider the service used. Monthly: no refund needed — just cancel and the period ends naturally.

Updating your card

Go to /app/account/billing → Manage subscription (Stripe Customer Portal). Add or update your card there — changes apply at next renewal.

Receipts and invoices

Stripe sends a receipt to your billing email after each charge. To download invoices for accounting, click Invoices inside the Customer Portal. Invoices include your company name, VAT number (if set), and itemised charges.

VAT and EU compliance

If your business is VAT-registered in the EU, add your VAT number in Stripe Customer Portal → Billing details. Reverse-charge applies to B2B EU transactions outside our home country. We display your VAT number on invoices.
