How accurate is the extraction?
We use regex pattern-matching against text extracted from each PDF via Mozilla's PDF.js library. Accuracy is ~80% on standard sales-proposal templates from major chains. For non-standard layouts (scanned PDFs, image-based proposals), some fields show "Not detected" — those need manual entry. The full Easy RFP wizard skips this entirely: hotels respond into a structured form, so there's nothing to parse.
Are my PDFs uploaded anywhere?
No. All parsing happens in your browser. The PDF bytes never leave your device — there is no server-side processing for this tool. You can verify this in DevTools → Network: zero outbound requests during parsing. We don't see your files, hotel names, or rates.
How many PDFs can I compare at once?
Up to 5 PDFs per session, each up to 5 MB. For more, use the full Easy RFP wizard — the comparison table scales to 20+ hotels and uses TOPSIS multi-criteria scoring instead of single-column best-value.
What fields are extracted?
Room rate per night (EUR/USD), F&B minimum, meeting-room fee, attrition clause % and threshold, cancellation policy excerpt, AV inclusion, Wi-Fi inclusion, comp rooms ratio, and any specific perks mentioned. We surface "best in column" for price/perks fields where lower = better or higher = better is unambiguous.
Can I export to Excel?
