Reply time = wall-clock hours from RFP delivery (sent_at) to first hotel response (response_received_at).
Sample: 4,300 European MICE RFPs with at least one reply in 2025.
Top-10% group identified by 90th-percentile reply-time threshold; median for that band is 5.7 hours.
