€60,420 = mean total cost across 143 closed events with 80-200 attendees and 2-3 nights, sourced via Easy RFP and confirmed against final hotel invoices.
Category splits are mean shares; smallest category (incidentals: A/V change orders, late add-ons, overtime) averages 12% — the share most often missed in initial briefs.
Outliers (top/bottom 5% by total cost) excluded from category splits to avoid skew.
