No. The Programme Founding uses a Stripe Setup Intent — we verify your hotel and reserve the slot, but no card is required up front. You only enter payment details if you choose to continue past the 6-month free trial. Zero risk to claim a slot today.
Essential is gratuit à vie, no credit card. You get a basic hotel profile with up to 5 photos, the ability to receive and respond to unlimited RFPs from European MICE planners, real-time notifications when an RFP matches you, and the ability to assign incoming RFPs to a team-member. You do not get competitor tracking, winning bid data, search-visibility boost, or analytics — those live on Pro and above.
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal. Pro-rated automatically. If you joined as a Founding member, the 50% lifetime discount carries with you across tiers.
