Install in Gmail (60 seconds)

  1. Click Copy HTML above (top button).
  2. Open Gmail → top-right ⚙ Settings iconSee all settings.
  3. Scroll to Signature section → click Create new → name it "Easy RFP · Founder".
  4. Click into the editor box. Paste with Cmd+V (Mac) or Ctrl+V (Windows). The logo + formatting should render immediately.
  5. Under Signature defaults, set this as default for both New emails and Reply/forward. Check Insert signature before quoted text so it appears at the bottom of YOUR reply, not after the entire thread history.
  6. Scroll to bottom → Save changes. Compose a test email to yourself to verify.

Notes

  1. The logo is hosted at easyhotelrfp.com/email-signature/logo.svg — it loads on every device, no image attachments needed. If you ever update the brand mark, just replace that one file and every signature in the wild updates automatically.
  2. Plain-text fallback: Gmail auto-generates this from the HTML. For old-school clients that strip HTML entirely, the second button above gives you a copy you can paste into your reply manually.
  3. Don't add a photo — for founder outbound the logo carries more brand weight than a face thumbnail. Photo signatures work for sales reps; for founders they look like a personal-brand consultant.
