The 22-Point Hotel Contract Pre-Signature Checklist

Print this. Highlight each red flag your draft has fixed. Take the colour-coded sheet to counsel.

Not legal advice. A drafting starting point only. Review with qualified counsel in the governing jurisdiction before signing. Civil-code references are public statutes; case law on hotel MICE contracts is sparse across most EU jurisdictions.
How to use: tick the YES column for each red flag your contract has already fixed. Add the weight numbers in the right margin. Compare total to the score key at the bottom. Items #1, #8, #11, #19 are the high-impact items: any one of them failing alone is a counsel-review trigger.
